Since graduating in 1993 in Fine Arts and Art History, I have worked as a Community Artist and Creative Practitioner in schools, which can be viewed at www.creative-states.co.uk. More recently I have returned to creating my own artwork, mostly developing from drawing, which is featured here.
I use a variety of mediums, including pastels, oils, acrylics and printmaking.
My main interests are people, places and landscapes, explored through various drawing and print media. I'm drawn to colour in landscapes; sunrise and sunset, the seasons. I also explore the traces that we leave on the landscape, particularly structures that we've left behind.
